Cancellation Policy

Order changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processing and cannot be altered.
If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging all orders, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@comfyno.com
Attach a clear photo of the damaged product. If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • Damaged packaging (such as a dented box) without product damage is not considered a defective item.

  • We cannot replace or refund items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Product Quality & Safety

Because this is a consumable dietary supplement, opened or partially used bottles cannot be restocked, but they are still eligible for refund under our 90-day guarantee if all conditions are met.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address
