Shipping Information

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. The exact timeframe depends on your location and courier performance.

  • Carriers may experience delays during peak times or holidays.

  • International shipments may encounter customs delays outside of our control, which can extend delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we do not hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

  • If you notice an error in your address, please email us at support@comfyno.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes after this period.

Delayed Delivery

We strive to deliver every order on time. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue, but please note we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is outside of our control. If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Contact us at support@comfyno.com and we will assist you.

  • You should also file a claim directly with the courier, as most carriers require this step.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.

Please note that Comfyno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and these fall outside of our refund policy.
